In this case, India is not in the top 10 places in the list of most educated countries in the world. Because education knowledge is very low in India. Only 20.4% of India's population has higher education or a degree. A few years ago the National Institute for Statistics published a report on education. It mentioned that educational attainment was very backward in 7 states in India.
