Human brain chip implant trial; A Milestone in Medicine
Elon Musk, America's leading entrepreneur and one of the world's billionaires, has said that "implantation of a chip" has been successfully carried out in the human brain.

Elon Musk's company Neuralink was started to research the functions of the human brain, nervous system and spinal cord with high technology.

Last year, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Neuralink, was given permission to implant electronic chips in the human brain to improve the ability of the human brain and lead to disease-free living.

Elon Musk has announced that Neuralink has successfully implanted a chip in a human brain for the first time.

The chip is implanted in a highly precise surgical procedure with the help of a robot developed by Neuralink.

The researchers said that in the preliminary experiments, there are signs that the transfer of electrical signals from this chip (electrical signal conduction) has started.

People suffering from paralyzing diseases such as paralysis can lose their limbs including arms, legs and face. In that case, the immediate transmission of thoughts and commands to the brain and body parts of the occupants ceases.

One of the main objectives of this research is to implant an electronic chip in the brains of people with such a defect, control them through thoughts, and try to make the organs work accordingly.

Neuralink, which Musk built with private equity, is now valued at $5 billion.

Musk noted that the test began last Sunday and that the person implanted with the chip is recovering. Also, Elon Musk mentioned that the initial medical report of the person undergoing the test shows that his neuron spikes are showing positive signs.

Musk said that Neuraling's first product is called Telepathy. This telepathic device is designed to control phone and computer through thoughts.

Elon Musk has also announced that this equipment will be provided for the use of amputees in the first phase.
