Passengers are raising various questions about the quality and hygiene of food served in trains. In a recent incident, a passenger from Madhya Pradesh traveled by train from Rani Kamal Patti (RKMP) to Jabalpur Junction (JBP) on February 1, 2024. A passenger on Rewa Vande Bharat Express (20173) was shocked to find a dead cockroach in the food served to him.
He shared photos of non-vegetarian food given to him and filed a complaint on X' site. He got a complaint form at Jabalpur station and wrote a complaint about the spoiled food served to him and his personal details. X has also posted a photograph of this complaint form on the site.
