😄 SaaS: ``Let AutoDriver Be Cool!'' All money goes to the driver! 😄

👉 A video of a Rapido two-wheeler rider pushing a passenger behind the scooter, saying, ``Petrol Galliana, I won't get off,'' has gone viral and many people are commenting in support of Rapido. At this stage, Rapido is again busy. That's because Rapido has declared itself as a zero commission app.
👉 There is a word Aggregator. That is - let's assume middleman. Commercial booking apps like Amazon, Flipkart… food apps like Swiggy, Zomoto… travel apps like Ola, Uber, Rapido… these are all aggregators. That means they don't make things. Aggregation is the act of making transactions between producers and people and getting them paid. ``We are no longer an aggregator,'' Rapido has announced.

👉 Zero-Commission practice is now becoming familiar when it comes to apps. This zero commission process means that the money paid by the customers goes directly to the drivers.

👉 For this only a small amount is required to be paid by the drivers to the app. After paying like that, you can take as many rides as you want throughout the day. Most recently they had launched a zero commission app running on the ONDC network called ``Namma Yatri''.
I have personally met quite a few Rapido Auto drivers. I have also heard many people complain that they are having trouble getting their commissions and that most of the commissions are going to Rapido. Rapido has established a SaaS application to solve that problem.

👉 Any auto driver can install the app and join. 500 rupees should be paid first as subscription amount. This amount is only for those above Rs 10,000 per month. Auto rides cost Rs.5 to Rs.29 per day. After that the customer accepts the ride booked and completes and the entire money paid by the customer goes to the auto driver without any commission.
👉 Earlier if you took a ride for 100 rupees, only about 70 rupees would go to the driver. Happy drivers as now all the money belongs to the driver! Auto drivers can accept as many rides as they want in a day. Now Rapido has brought this SaaS app exclusively for auto drivers.

Speaking at the app's launch event in Delhi yesterday, Rapido's Co-Director
👉 Pawankundupalli said, ``There are nearly 2 crore auto rides across the country every day. But if you look at online auto ride, it is 20 lakhs! We have established this SaaS (Software as a Service) app to maximize it and auto drivers can benefit directly! At the national level, auto captains get around Rs. Rapido has helped generate revenues of up to 2,700 crores. Now let's increase it even more!''

As of now, 5 lakh auto rides per day are taking place through Rapido. The plan is to bring offline auto drivers to this platform and benefit from this SaaS app.
